Dejan vue: Deja Vuelta can be a confusing and sometimes frightening experience. We're still having trouble explaining and categorizing it with a particular set of medical conditions. Sometimes not knowing the reason increases anxiety. Deja vue isn't dangerous but having anxiety without proper help can be. It's a viscous cycle for anyone to attempt to control on their own. Research has not: shown a correlation between deja vu experience and panic attacks. However, derealization or depersonalization can occur with panic attack.
