So i've been feeling quite anxious and i have panic attacks and i also have been feeling nauseous.. this usually means a migraine is coming how can i prevent one from happening? i've also been feeling like some rooms are darker then before?

Why?: You seem to have diagnoses yourself. The real issue is what is going on. What makes you feel so anxious. Also from what you say sounds like you suffer from migraine headaches? Have you been diagnosed? Or are you diagnosing yourself? You need a very good exam and lab work first. If confirmed diagnosis there are very good medications

You have the: symptoms of panic attacks, but with a migraine kicker. Some might suggests these are the aura of the migraine. Others might suggest the anxiety sets you up to have a migraine. This requires more investigation by an MD who specializes in migraines and by a psychiatrist who deals with anxiety.
