been feeling anxious and depersonalisation 6 weeks after smoking weed whilst drunk for first time in 6 years. had a panic attack that night aswell?

Depersonalization: Some evidence that depersonalization/anxiety can result from cannibis use. Would want to know: what was the trigger for the panic? Have you experienced panic, anxiety, depression previously? Have symptoms improved any since you smoked? No real evidence that medication is effective for depersonalization. If symptoms continue/worsen suggest physical exam and possible cognitive behavioral therapy.
