How old are you?: Possibilities are could be simple gas colic, appendicitis, low lying ureteric stones near pelvic brim, possible ovarian cyst with or without a cyst. Are you menstruating at the time of pain. Need to be concerned about r/o ectopic pregnancy if you have possibility of pregnancy, pelvic inflamm.disease with pent up secretions in the fallopian tubes, infection in ovaries,f.tubes ,constipation.
