How do you know you have an aneurysm? i've had severe headache causing my eye to droop/close up.

Be careful: Aneurysm is very serious problem some time could be silent and time could leak blood or rupture. According to mayo clinic, Those are the most common sign of silent ones. Pain above and behind an eye A dilated pupil Change in vision or double vision Numbness, weakness or paralysis of one side of the face A drooping eyelid, If you feel you may have it go and check it out.
