There are some: significant issues here the first of which is why would you have unprotected sex risking pregnancy when taking those medications? Bad judgement... as if you are pregnant and intend to have a child you will have to stop the medication abruptly risking the stability of the condition for which you were taking them as well as the significant consequences of abrupt cessation.
