I would discuss this with your prescribing doctor or pharmacist. Using diphenhydramine with fluoxetine could ^ side effects like drowsiness, dizziness, confusion, or v concentration. However,if you are going to bed after taking it, that shouldn't present a problem. Don't mix with alcohol.

Best to discuss medication & possible sleep study with your Psychiatrist. If uncomfortable with your Dr. consult another for a second opinion. Have a physical exam by a Dr. to determine if you have a physical illness. Consult with a Clinical Psychologist for psychotherapy with ZOOM.
