I take prozac (fluoxetine) for depression. in dec '12, my dosage doubled to 80 mg daily to treat ocd. but i find my ocd is the same. can i add a diff med for ocd?

Substitution: Anafranil is an antidepressant that is often used to treat obsessive compulsive disorder. The Prozac (fluoxetine) would have to be tapered down and discontinued before the Anafranil could be implemented.
