Radiculopathy?: Sometimes when you hurt your lower back, from the lumbosacral strain , the spinal nerve roots can potentiallyirritated which can cause the abdominal pain as the nerve roots from the back travel to the front to supply skin,underlying tissues including internal organs. Only thing need to r/o major injuries like injury to spine and disc before treating it as simple strain of ligamentsand muscles -LB
