See below.: Putting too much lotion on top of the areas you are treating with OxyPads will negate some of the drying effect that you are supposed to have with the salicylic acid. I would recommend just using the lotion sparingly on areas that have become dry. If the medicated pads are very drying and aren't helping your acne, please talk to your doctor about an alternative treatment.
