A member asked:

Very oily face, min.acne. used bpo wash up to 10%, 2 times/day for 8 weeks and my face is still oily. salicylic acid or other wash help oily face?

Try this: Retinoic acid instead of or in addition to. It's more likely to cause de-differentiation of your sebaceous glands. If you want to be rid of the acne, or if it's on your trunk as well, ask your physician whether a short course of oral medication occasionally might help -- tetracycline's one option, and you stay on the topical stuff. Truth is, "oily skin" isn't by itself a problem. Best wishes.
