Just wondering how long do you have to stay on nasal steroid spray for rhinitis? 2 wk? 3 wk?

Nasal steroids: The beauty of nasal steroids is that you can use it only when the symptoms appear. The usual routine is to try the spray daily for a week and if your symptoms are under control, you can start stopping it and use it occasionally from then on. Try taking an antihistamine with it, either orally or nasally, for better control.
