More info: Hi elevated ESR is very non-specific test, and no diagnosis can be done based on an elevated ESR, do you have swelling in your joints, any rashes anywhere? any other symptoms? See an Internist for examination and further investigation.

Arthritis: Joint pain with high ESR warrants further work up. See a physician and work her up for specific type arthritis, connective tissue disorders, etc.
