Breastfeeding: Most common reason for milk supply to decrease is formula feeding at same time. Suggest that you start decreasing formula feeding by eliminating 1 at a time; pump between feeding to stimulate milk production; drink more water; and relax & feed w calming music . Supplementing w Fenugreek & Reglan (metoclopramide) (need Rx for this) can help. It's challenging but not impossible.
