Conception: Each month 20%-25% of people trying get pregnant,over a year 85% get pregnant.Infertility is no pregnancy after a year of trying.There are over the counter ovulation tests that can detect ovulation as pregnancy is most likely then. An egg is released about 2 weeks after the period starts and is fertile for 24 hours.Sperm live for 3-5 days,. in a month only about 1 week is good for pregnancy.
