No problem: In modern healthcare there are few problems left with blood group compatibilities. If you were Rh negative, it would require some extra therapy but with access to modern OB care healthy babies would not be a real problem. B to O can trigger a mild ABO jaundice but it is rarely more than an inconvenience.
