Autonomic dysfunctio: The symptoms you describe correspond to lack of appropriate blood pressure response and blood flow to the brain when changing position. This can be due to a number of causes including blockages of arteries in the neck. Vasculitis, Arteritis can also be considered. These tend to be more diseases of the elderly. At 19, it may be due to dehydration or autonomic dysfunction for you. See a Doctor
