Hi i have had a pain on the right side of my neck which leads to a headache... if i press the specific pressure point on my neck it relieves the paina and headache... its been a week now where i will get the pain in the morning.

Neck pain: If the associated headache is throbbing or pulsatile and pressure on the carotid artery relieves the headache, a vascular causes is evident. If the headache is in the temple, I'd be concerned about a temporal arteritis(inflammation of the temporal artery), although associated carotid artery pain is not characteristic.
