Had a headache on and off for a few days this week. been under a lot of stress. pain in neck and in the temples with some blurry vision in right eye (also sometimes watery). feels very tense and some pressure. had an eye test and it was clear. help?

Your normal eye exam, especially if it was performed by an ophthalmologist, is reassuring. With discomfort in the back of the neck & both temples, muscle contraction tension type headaches are most likely. However if these headaches persist, consult a.neurologist for evaluation & advice.
