Per The American Red: Cross: "Hemoglobin values in healthy people usually fall within the following ranges: Men: 13.8 – 17.2 g/dL Women: 12.1 – 15.1 g/dL." If you don't fall within that parameter it is not likely that the Red Cross will allow you to donate blood.
