See a doctor: You seem to have more than a single problem, perhaps three different issues, although they may in some fashion be related. You should see a doctor ASAP. Go to an ER if necessary, but if your family doctor can accomadate you that would be the best alternative. Good luck and hope this clears up soon. You sound very uncomfortable.
