Can be normal: Sometimes with an IUD bleeding is very slow or even stops. With slow bleeding the blood can pool in the vagina. When it does that it can begin to break down and that is why it looks brown. If you are having any other symptoms like pain, itching, burning or pain with urination please see your doctor.
