Early cycle: Most women have a 28 day menstrual cycle however it is not uncommon for some women to have a 21 day cycle so it's possible that you are having your period 1 week early and that your next might go back to normal. Nothing to worry about right now unless you are in severe pain or bleeding very very heavily.
