You're obviously having mild vaginal bleeding that isn't menstruation. Any new, abnormal, or unexplained vaginal bleeding requires medical attention. There are too many possible causes to guess, but if you are sexually active STDs are possible. It probably has nothing to do with your thyroid treatment, but perhaps that is a possibility.
