May be 20/20: The technician may have been referring to you uncorrected vision or your best corrected vision as being 20/20. The other numbers (-.25, -.50) refer to the refractive error of your eyes. That is a very low nearsighted prescription, and many people would see 20/20 uncorrected even if they did not use that low prescription. You might have a sharper 20/20, or even better than 20/20 wearing that Rx.
