No: The need for glasses is a refractive problem, and not considered a medical problem. Most insurances will not cover refraction. However, if you are not correctable to 20/20, it is more than likely that you eye md will find a medical condition to account for this. The exam can then be covered by the medical insurance (except for the refraction part).
