Reactions..: The most common side effects with immunizations are fever and irritability which should normally last no more than a few hours and the fever should not be high( more than 102).Severe allergy(anaphylaxis) could happen but very uncommon.However it is certainly more common and risky to contract illnesses if not vaccinated, especially with his condition.Make sure you also discuss with his dr.
