Go to Doctor: I am sorry that you are feeling so lethargic and sleepy. It must be really stressful because you are aware that this is the time to have lots of energy to absorb all the knowledge you need to acquire. Every hour sleeping more than 7 could cause your grades to shift. Get lab tests to r/o infections like Mono or anemia etc. Make sure this is not depression. Good luck in your studies!

See your Dr: So that you can get a more thorough history and lab work! Fatigue is a common problem with a long list of causes! I would get a CBC, TSH, Metabolic panel at the very least if you haven't had this checked already. Sleep apnea needs to be ruled out - it could make you very tired even with 10 hrs sleep! Even thin people can have sleep apnea!

Go get a work up at: your medical school for the above complaints.Make sure it's nothing metabolic, rule out depression & sleep apnea, and then,if all negative, allow yourself to rest up.Know Thyself.☺️
