Likely: What is referred to as meralgia paresthetica, which is compression of the lateral femoral cutaneous nerve, which supplies sensation to the surface of your outer thigh. This often is related to this superficial nerve being "squeezed" as it passes through the groin. Overall, this is only a guess and while it's unlikely that what you have going on is dangerous, it still should be evaluated by a doc
