Somethings up: Talk to her, if this a new issue most likely something is going on in the classroom. Kids bullying her, fear of the teacher, or even a smaller problem. Try to get to the bottom of it, before it becomes a bigger issue. If she seems hesitant to talk to you, try your pediatrician or a close family member.

If no disclosure of : trauma, bullying or embarrassment, inform her school by certified letter: "My daughter seems to be developing school phobia" + date of onset, frequency, duration & place/time of crying spells. Ask to meet with school principal, teacher, nurse, counselor & psychologist to plan investigation & monitoring. Seek referral to a child psychologist. Stay calm & don't push your daughter for answers.
