Since the pandemic started my 12 year old daughter is feeling anxiety most of the time, , sometimes she cries, she's still having virtual classes. how can i help her? most of the time we are at home no social interaction because of the pandemic?

Sorry she is feeling anxious.The pandemic has been hard for everyone,especially the kids.Hope you and she are able to be vaccinated;the sooner more are vaccinated,the sooner we can get back to seeing more friends and doing more.Help her find a fun activity or hobby that she can concentrate on;find friends who are being cautious she can see.Seek counseling help from a professional(ask her doctor).

The pandemic has taken away the usual roles and activities for everyone. Agree with discussing with her pediatrician. In addition, consider giving her tasks, roles, activities in the home, ideally that she can do with a member of the family. Giving her time to express her worries may also be helpful. Give her positive reinforcement and support.
