If you had: No symptoms i would guess glucometer not calibrated or lab error or you simply tolerated a blood sugar of 60mg%. Keep in mind that home glucometers need periodic calibration, labs DO make errors, and some people do tolerate a glucose of 60.

Please rephrase ques: I'm not exactly understanding the context of your questions or statement. Are you saying that 13-15 years ago your blood sugar on one occasions was normal and perhaps now you have diabetes or some ailment where sugar levels are high and you don't know how that could've changed? Important question to ask would be how you are dealing with your illness now? Are you ahead of it or not?
