Iron deficient: You have significant iron deficient anemia. While the origin of it may not be apparent you will need full work up to identify the source for the bleeding. Also remember that it may be mixed or associated with impaired iron absorption.

Can be Many things: There are many reason why to have iron diff along with anemia. It could be simply a very sever form of iron difficincy anemia which result from malabsorption, inherited forms of Iron diff. It can also be related to poor iron intake, especially if you are strickly veggie. Blood loss can result also in this-can be from GI. Many other causes and its limited space, hope you feel better and this helps.
