No: It is not Lung cancer. It may be Vit C related/Gingivitis or other bleeding disorder.

Doubt Lung Ca: Bleeding gums is not necessarily a symptom of Lung cancer. Best thing you did to prevent lung cancer form occurring when you are older though, is stopping to smoke! See the dentist if your gingivitis persists.

Bleeding gums: Bleeding gums are not a sign of cancer. But you do need to see a dentist about this. Bleeding gums can mean an infection in your gums that can cause you to loose your teeth. Get to a dentist. Congratulations on quitting.
