Can i take a flexeril (cyclobenzaprine hcl) after taking an adavan?

Be careful: Both of these medications can cause drowsiness. If they are both your meds, you are used to taking them, and you are taking the recommended dose, it's probably OK. If one or either are not your medicine, don't risk it. Definitely don't drink any alcohol with either, drive, or operate heavy machinery. Hope this helps!

Not a good idea.: Not if you are planning on driving or operating heavy machinery or have significant pulmonary issues like sleep apnea. Both can lead to drowsiness. You should also avoid drinking alcohol which is a depressant like ativan. Ativan can cause respiratory depression at higher doses like narcotics which could cause apnea and even death. Take the flexeril (cyclobenzaprine hcl) during the day.
