A member asked:

Are tramadol, flexeril (cyclobenzaprine hcl) and promethazine safe for someone with seizures?

Risky: Tramadol, Flexeril (cyclobenzaprine hcl) & Promethazine are potentially epileptogenic, lowering seizure threshold. Degree of risk must be balanced with benefits. Certainly a poorly controlled seizure disorder should lead to a different choice of drugs.
