Antifungal: This product, available in the UK/Canada, etc., is clotrimazole, an antifungal medicine. If there is some vaginal and/or perineal irritation from yeast/fungi, this cream may be helpful. It might also be a good choice if you have some skin fold irritation of your lower abdomen where a little excess tissue rests on itself: this is a common place for yeast to grow and cause a rash.
