Abdominal pain: Many ideas and many potential diagnoses, but this is not an academic exercise. You should be seen by a doctor (probably a gastroenterologist), and evaluated appropriately. This may be irritable bowel, acute infection. chronic infection, etc. See a doctor. Hope you get better soon.
