I am about to use metoclopramid for my nausea but i got worried about the warning that it may affect driving. the prescription doesn't say why. school?

Use with caution: Metaclopramide may cause drowsiness and dizziness and that is probably the reason for the warning about driving. However there is a much more dangerous side effect and that is tardive dyskinesia (TD). TD is a permanent movement disorder that can be caused by metclopramide. There are much safer drugs to use for nausea. Please discuss this with your doctor.
