If in pain...: Or with any symptoms of your trauma, such as lethargy, headaches, nausea, vomiting, confusion, etc, then you need to seek medical attention asap, as you may have suffered a concussion. Good luck.

Depends: If you weren't "knocked out"(immediately seek help) then watch for concerning symptoms like severe headaches, vision/speech issues, weakness/sensory changes in the arms/legs, confusion. nausea/vomiting. All these should prompt an emergent evaluation. You may not have any issues in the long run, but you may also be at risk for post concussive related issues, it's hard to say without knowing more
