Painful Grasp: Mild pain or discomfort when grasping things can be due to a variety of reasons. The muscles into your hand called intrinsics could be tight. Joints can swell temporarily due to arthritis or sprains. Tendonitis can be another reason. If symptoms persist seek advice from a hand specialist.
