Yes: there are many strains of coxsackievirus, the more well known one is "hand-foot-mouth disease" which is typically B19. But it is possible for different strains to produce similar clinical picture. The answer is yes.

Coxsackie: Yes you can, there are many subtypes of coxsackie so it is not unusual to get it again, although adults don't get it as frequently as children do.
