Can happen: Not that likely, but it could happen. Immunity can not be that great over time and you could get it, again.

Yes: A hand full of people have been reported as having trouble developing immunity to this virus and have repeated attacks. Infants who have it in their first year may only develop partial immunity&have it again. In many cases what were labeled as chicken pox in the past may have been another of the blistering ailments like hand/foot/mouth virus.
