Can you get lasik if you have dry eyes?

Bad idea: LASIK will make the dry eye worse temporarily while your eye is trying to heal from the surgery. That can cause problems. Best to patiently treat the dry eye with your surgeon as much as possible before the surgery. Your eye surgeon will be able to advise you when your eye is in suitable condition for LASIK.
