Several options: There are over-the-counter nighttime dry eyes lubricants that are like ointments that you put in your eye before bedtime. High doses of fish oil have been helpful in relieving dry eyes. There are other prescription eyedrops, and the ophthalmologist has a procedure that can sometimes help called punctal plugging.
