Is it ok to be on zoloft (sertraline) long term? ive been on zoloft (sertraline) for almost a year now. it's helped alot w/ my severe panic attacks so i dont wanna get off it.?

Zoloft (sertraline): seems to be doing the trick. Unless you plan on becoming pregnant on your current meds I see no reason for making a change (other than completely coming of Xanax (alprazolam) under the supervision of your psychiatrist).
