Yes,but..: You may want to increase the zoloft (sertraline) first before the klonopin. If you have reached the maximum dose of zoloft (sertraline) and your panic attacks continue, a 0.5 mg of Klonopin may help with breakthrough panic attacks . Cbt concomitant with medications will help a great deal.
