Panic attacks: First, zoloft (sertraline) is far from the only medicine that can help with panic attacks. For further options, you could see a psychiatrist who would have additional suggestions. Hypoglycemia can produce some similar symptoms to panic attacks -- such as sweating, weakness, faint feelings, etc. If you're also diabetic on Insulin it's important to work with your family doctor for optimal management.
