Could be.: Sounds like a viral illness. Should resolve over the next few days. Try to keep your hands away from your eyes and practice meticulous hygiene.

Viral illness: You have a viral illness. Symptomatic care is in order consisting of plenty of fluids, ibuprofen and warm compresses to your eyes.Make sure you wash your hands with soap and water after dealing with your eyes

Possibly: A common "cold" or viral upper respiratory tract infection can present with conjunctivitis, runny nose, sore throat, fever and or cough. Most cases resolve with supportive treatment.

Maybe: Redness and discharge are often signs of conjunctivitis which could be bacterial or viral. Swollen lymph nodes suggest the latter.
