Call doctor: Talk to your doctor. You probably have a virus, but should check to be sure it is not a reaction to lamictal. Your doctor may want you to stop the medicine for a few days. If the rash blisters, see doctor asap.

Call physician: Lamictal is a fine drug if it does not cause a rash, and if it does, it should be stopped due to risk of stevens-johnson syndrome, a life threatening occurrence. Your rash may or may not be a drug reaction, but see your physician asap, get this looked at and addressed. If your rash is painful, go to hospital er.
